The Hamlet at Saugatuck P&Z Review Advances with Detailed Presentation by Eric Bernheim 

At the March 10th Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) meeting, FLB Law Partner Eric Bernheim led the Roan Development Ventures team in presenting a detailed overview of The Hamlet at Saugatuck project.

The four-hour session introduced plans for a multi-story, mixed-use development spanning seven properties, featuring retail, dining, residential, hotel, and marina elements. The presentation highlighted key aspects such as a New England coastal design, traffic improvements funded by developers, underground parking, and enhanced waterfront access.

Bernheim emphasized that the redevelopment would clean up contaminated land, revitalize a rundown area, and comply with zoning regulations. The meeting marked the first step in a lengthy review process, with the next P&Z session set for March 24.
