Litigation Associate
FLB Law PLLC seeks a litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution team.
Qualified candidates will have experience in the civil litigation process from beginning to end, including evaluating claims and defenses, drafting pleadings, preparing discovery requests and responses, motion practice, appearing in court, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations. Insurance defense experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates must be well organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable while possessing analytical and problem-solving skills. The candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to a high degree of professionalism and meeting strict deadlines.
Compensation is commensurate with experience. This in-person role is based in the firm’s Westport, CT office. Must be admitted to the Connecticut bar and in good standing.

Commercial Real Estate Attorney
FLB Law, PLLC seeks a commercial real estate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join the firm’s growing commercial real estate team.
Qualified candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases as well as experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.
Qualified candidates must be well organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, while possessing analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to a high degree of professionalism and meeting strict deadlines.
