FLB Law is representing developer ROAN Ventures in one of the most talked about projects in Westport – the Hamlet at Saugatuck – a mixed-use development along the Saugatuck River that will include retail, residential, restaurants, a hotel, boat slips and event space.

The project will redevelop a significantly underutilized part of Saugatuck and provide significant economic and environmental benefits.

Eric Bernheim and Rick Costantini of FLB Law’s Real Estate & Land Use Practice are working with ROAN Ventures on the zoning issues that accompany a development of this magnitude and complexity. The project will require text and map amendment approvals by the Westport Planning & Zoning Commission before any specific site plans can move forward.
