FLB Law Partner Matt Sportini Named to the 2024 New Leaders in the Law by Connecticut Law Tribune 

Westport, Conn. (September 23, 2024) – FLB Law, a full-service law firm in Westport, Connecticut, is proud to announce that partner Matthias Sportini has been selected as one of the 2024 New Leaders in the Law by the Connecticut Law Tribune for the New England Legal Awards. This prestigious honor recognizes attorneys under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to the legal profession. 

Sportini is among more than 30 exceptional young attorneys from Connecticut and other New England states to receive this recognition. The honorees will be celebrated at a ceremony on September 26th at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston.

 Sportini’s practice encompasses litigation and transactional matters. His litigation services focus on commercial litigation, including business disputes, breach of contract actions, defense of directors' and officers' liability claims, and construction defect cases. His transactional practice includes real estate, zoning and land use matters, and corporate and business transactions. 

Earlier this year, the Westfair Business Journal honored Sportini as a Fairfield County Rising Star. He has also earned peer recognition, including Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch.  

 Sportini earned his J.D. and B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
